+ Who can join and when and where do you meet?

RHPC welcomes adult and youth photographers from all skill levels, from novice to pro, who are interested in learning and sharing skills. We have a general meeting, typically the 4th Thursday of the month at 6:30pm. We are currently meeting at the Marion Grange Hall in Buckley. We welcome visitors to our General Meetings and hope that after attending once or twice you would be interested in becoming a member in order to take advantage of member benefits. Interested photographers may fill out a new member request and /or attend a meeting as our guest and join in person.

+ What are the benefits of membership and how much are annual dues?

Individual: $40/year. Family: $50/year for two or more members.
Your paid membership includes:

• A chance to gather with fellow photographers with a wide range of experiences.
• A monthly Assignment to challenge members to explore different techniques, shoot new subjects, and get the creative juices flowing.
• An opportunity to have your submissions critiqued.
• Monthly presentations on some aspect of photography.
• Hands on workshops, group field trips, and photo walks.
• Access to equipment in our "Loan Closet".

+ What happens at a typical General Meeting?

• A typical meeting includes announcements about upcoming assignments and events.
• A digital display of four images selected as Technical winners for that month's assignment.
• Viewing and voting for six Members'Choice winners for that month's assignment.
• Announcement of Members' Choice winners.
• A presentation or hands-on teaching on an aspect of photography.
• Sharing of expertise and knowledge with the goal of improving our skills, vision, and technique as photographers.
• Snack/social time.

+ I am already a member. Where do I submit images, sign up for events or see "members only" content?

+ How do I renew my annual membership?

You will receive an emailed invoice to renew your annual membership. You have the option to pay in person at a meeting with cash or check, or if you prefer, you can pay online using a credit card through the secure WAVE app.
